Type of people you can find at work

So far I ve comprehended some types of co-workers and assessed with the final judgment , cause your first evaluation won't be certain until you find that is their permanent status .

Apart of those whom spend their time gossiping and make the work platform as their main social activities , my evaluation below is based on which methods of how doing work and plan the work time which is 8 hours only .

Firstly , for those whom see the 8 hours like 8 miles and they can spend achieving a mile at every hour , A salut is designed for them . But whom ever tries spend those 8 miles on a pair of broken crouches  while the determination which pushes them to end up within 12 hours , those has taken their chance and at least end up successfully .

Thirdly , those who minimise their work and spread it up into the team , or always compromise the amount of production they need to do by spending their time of arguing on the necessity do doing such work rather of JUST DOING IT .

Fourthly , which I just figured them out , those who are crawling to achieve the god damn 8 miles per day . And never do , why ,because they spend their time chatting and socialising and bitching acting smart to their superiors ,until the time is on   And they leave . No fucking care of the urgent production is needed neither any commitment to what they promised ! 

Lastly not least , those who tends to be diffusive idiotically although , they were screwed clearly . Whereas , some beautiful workers are humble and their apology is much appreciated ..

The bosses should start determining and taking decisions !
