I've set
series of goals to achieve the biggest in duration of 3 months , and amazingly I
did it, and I thought at least I could write about it .
Lots of
thoughts were putting me down and up and Im all between this exciting roller-coaster.
The excitement started when I woke up one morning and thought hey ! fatty ! are
your finding something to achieve rather your fail attempts of having some
university could agree your age , face , ambitions to continue your study with
.
So I had my
first road bicycle and it comes with a name , black rhino , yes indeed it was a
good companion and we have spent a wonderful time supporting my long excitement
alone without feeling bored a bit of
what my feet and gluteus are doing .
I ve been training / started my cycling hobby
once again for 3 months now , and set some goals of progress . That include ;
charity rides , crit race , long ride , climbing and a century .Rides started
from 20 Ks ,30 Ks ,40Ks , 80Ks and then 160 KM .
I could be
full of pride and happiness that I’m all thirst of achievement has been
succeeded. The first attempt of century ride , done it , within the cut off
time . 7 hours of pedalling and seating on a sharp saddle . I have sum up
what these endurance rides all about .
- · You got to endure the pain and exhaustion at everywhere in your body .
- · Setting goals and plans a head is essential .
- · Enjoy these sweet products along the way .
- · Hydrating is always paid off , don’t ever let the de- prefix your hydration .
- · Smile and enjoying the ride plays big role in having your ride much enjoyable. Endure the inconsiderate riders who draft on you all time without let you draft behind. You can show off your abilities of climbing these steep hills.
- · Trying your new stuff much earlier will help you reduce the adapting pain in long distances.

Ride ( PCR 2016)
Here it comes
the big day . It was a wonderful route and most important ; good road
conditions , Malaysia is not new to the good road conditions in anywhere , near the jungles , villages or even a non-tourists sites i.e. oil palm plantations
.
The early
rain was enough to make most of horizons full of scenic elements , the clouds
or mist or ghosts was floating above the hills
and creating a great of compositions which was a super rewards to the
souls and glutes .
Water
stations were as promised at some reasonable distances , and some were aware how tough was the last 30 KM
, have gotten a good helping hand of water bottle to cool my guts down .

Noooo I haven’t seen them for ages I also don’t know what kind of feeling they
would have .
Can’t
deny the wireless support from the big brother asking for yellow jersey
. BLUFF!
My Patient GF
, sorry she couldn’t wait since she was
hungry , but at least she received me while snacking and sitting on a chair
,crossing legs with umbrella . Fancy !
Whoever support
I ve gotten during the ride , and I would like to mention them in particular ,
every water station gave me with an opened cap bottle , the motorbike support
who deliver water during the ride at the last 30 KM , and the support car was
parking on side of the road at last 10
KM , they found that little tired bird was suffering and trying to ease the
pain with a 2 bottles of water , thank you !

All the good
instructors at the indoor stationary spinning class , was good intense training
during all these months .
Done , the
rest I will enjoy it in my memory and
that what you need to experience and can’t be told or expressed by any sign or
word.
